Due to recent changes at the federal level, we are putting all virtual or telehealth visits on HOLD starting November 1, 2025.
CMS (centers for medical services) has halted reimbursement for virtual visits apart from mental health as of September 30, 2025.
Commercial payers, such as United Healthcare, Cigna, and Blue Cross, are starting to follow this plan as well.
Due to the current government shut down, it is unlikely that we will see any shift in the short term.
As providers, we very much valued how virtual visits increased accessibility for our patients and will be monitoring the situation closely.
In the interim, we will offer virtual visits as a cash-pay option. Please call the front desk for more information or to schedule.
